What counts as a seat?

An agent or broker account in your brokerage. Active members count toward the cap; deactivate someone who leaves and their seat frees up instantly.

Do my clients pay anything or install anything?

Never. Clients, lenders, and listing agents use free no-login links. Only your office pays.

Can I change plans later?

Anytime. Upgrade when you hire, downsize when you don't — changes are handled through Stripe and prorated automatically.

What happens if I cancel?

Your data stays yours. Existing client timelines and links keep working so nobody mid-transaction goes dark — you just can’t create new deals or advance milestones until you resubscribe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you’ve paid for; details in our terms.

What's your refund policy?

Monthly plans can be canceled anytime — you won't be charged again, and your access continues through the end of the period you've paid for; we don't refund partial months. Annual plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee: if Keyway isn't working for your office, request a refund within 30 days of your annual payment and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. Billing mistakes — duplicate charges, charges after cancellation — are always refunded in full, immediately. We'll also remind you by email two weeks before any annual renewal. How does annual billing work?

You pay for ten months and get twelve. Switch between monthly and annual whenever you like.

Is my card information safe?

Card entry happens on Stripe's secure checkout — the same processor used by Amazon and Shopify. Card numbers never touch Keyway's servers.
