Delete your Keyway account

For agents with a Keyway account (created in the Keyway app or on keywayapp.com).

Delete from the app (fastest)

  1. Open the Keyway app and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account, then confirm.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Or request deletion by email

Email hello@keywayapp.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Account deletion request.” We verify the request and complete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted, and what's retained

Deleted: your login, name, email address, and phone number.

Retained: records of real-estate transactions you created — deal details, milestone timelines, and text-message consent history — are kept as required business records (they document communications consent and transaction history for the brokerage and its clients). They are no longer connected to your name, email, or phone number.

If you're the only member of your brokerage workspace, any active subscription is canceled as part of deletion.
